Chicken Tenders

Homemade Chicken Tenders


Chicken Tenderloins
Seasoned Flour (Salt, Pepper, Paprika)
 Egg
Breadcrumbs (Homemade is always better. I used some leftover Buca house bread)

 Salt and Pepper both sides of the chicken
 Dredge in flour
 Dip in egg
 Drip off excess
 Coat in breadcrumbs
 Lay on plate
 Drop into frying basket (If you don't have a deep fryer go to bottom of recipe)
 Submerge in oil
Check on them occasionally
 Keep frying till nice and brown
 Let rest on paper towels for a bit then serve to your friends
Sauces: BBQ and "Buffalo" (Butter & Frank's RedHot)

If you don't have a deep fryer:

You can still make these by laying the tenders in a saute pan and frying both sides. It just wont be as easy. But just as delicious
