Peppered Chicken English Muffin Sandwich



Start with a boneless, skinless chicken breast. Pound it to about a 1/2" in thickness.

Pour oil, salt, black pepper, and white pepper into bowl, mix to coat chicken entirely.
In a saute pan, cook both sides of the chicken until golden brown. If chicken has not finished cooking, place into a 475˚ oven for 3-4 min.


Once the breast is cooked, top with cheese.

 Cut your desired toppings.

Slice and butter the english muffins.

And place them under the broiler.

Broil until light golden brown.

Mix together: Mayo, Garlic, Oregano, Salt, Black Pepper, and, Cayenne Pepper.

Spread this sauce on both sides of the english muffin.

Place chicken on bottom bun. Then transfer to a sheet pan.

Broil until the cheese has melted.

Top with desired toppings, and enjoy!
