Experimental (Carbonara) & "Veggie" Pizza

Carbonara Pizza
 Garlic, Red Bell Pepper, Pinneaple, and Feta


Pizza Dough Ingredients
Pour yeast (2 1/4 tsp) in warm/hot water (1 cup)
Stir
Set aside for later
Pour in flour (2 - 2 1/2 cups)
Pinch of salt
 Pour (1 - 2 Tbsp) Olive Oil
Touch of Honey or Sugar (Optional)
Pour in warm yeast mixture
Stir
Keep stirring till it forms a ball
Take the dough out of the bowl
Now knead for at least 5 minutes
Knead
Till you have a nice smooth non-sticky dough ball
Cover and rest until doubled
Like so...
Now punch it and wait some more
Get all other ingredients ready while we wait
This is my carbonara paste, its basically egg with a bunch of parmesan and a touch of bacon heated up slowly. I was hesitant to throw this on a pizza but I wanted to try a carbonara pizza.
Flour/Cornmeal your pan
Stretch your dough
I wanted to do personal sized tonight
Optional Olive Oil Application
Sauce time
Or in the carbonara's case, paste time

Bake in 500 degree oven for about 5 min, this carbonara turned out amazing. The paste turned into scrambled eggs under the cheese and then all the bacon on top...mmmm
This had Garlic, Red Bell Pepper, Pinneaple, and Feta

I decided to throw maple syrup on my carbonara pizza, perfect breakfast pizza.
